MERMAN SEEN IN CAPSIAN SEA

Fishermen claim to have seen an amphibious creature with human similarities in the Caspian sea, which supposedly swam next to their boat for a while. This isn't the first time such a creature has been seen in the area, which is often described as being about 5'6", with arms and webbed hands, a protruding stomach, black-green hair, and with a lower lip that that connects smoothly to its neck above its gills. Sightings have occurred regularly ever since off-shore oil digging began in the Caspian.
