Italy isn't the only country with moving religious statuary this week. A Sacred Heart of Jesus statue in Hoboken is said to have opened its eyes and moved its head slightly on Thursday, and some witnesses even claim to have seen tears. The statue is in the middle of the Jackson Street public housing project. Julio Dones, who maintains the statuary, noticed the they eyes had opened, and swears he didn't simply just paint them on himself. Of course, when reporters arrived, the statue had stopped moving.
