ACLU DEFENDS WICCAN PRIESTESS
The ACLU is currently leading the battle to allow a priestess of the Wiccan faith to say a prayer before a public board's meetings. The woman was denied being added to the list of those approved to offer a prayer before the Chesterfield Board of Supervisors, in Virginia. The ACLU claims that the board is discriminating against her religion because it is outside of the mainstream.
