A group of researchers from NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center believe they've found evidence that methane levels on Mars may be 3000 times higher than previously believed. Methane, of course, could very well come from a volcanic source - but there is the chance that a biological entity of some kind is behind it. The team found varying levels of methane throughout the planet when it should have been equal throughout, suggesting that despite being destroyed at an increased rate in some areas, it was also being replenished much faster.Strangewire.com
