A document found in the personal collection of Peter Poludensky, a 19th century Russian senator, appears to describe a UFO experience in Moscow. According to the document, on September 13th, 1808 at 20:07, the witness heard a cracking noise and looked out his window to see a strange object flying over the Kremlin, moving in strange speeds and directions. At one point, the object emitted a light that illuminated the entire area. No one knows what the intention of the document was, as the author, Andrey Chebotaryov, never published it anywhere.
