Tom Biscardi, former Las Vegas show producer and FindingBigfoot.com lead investigator, has taken his search team to Illinois, where he believes there is new hope of catching Bigfoot. Biscardi was previously hunting for Sasquatch in northern California, and for a weekly price, you could watch videos on his website of absolutely nothing happening. The number of subscribers has been repeatedly listed as 40,000, though a former employee believes there were never more than 300.
Now Biscardi is traveling across the country, and it appears his first stop is Illinois, where a Bloomington resident had a strange encounter last summer. Chris Vielhak was driving down State Route 66 when a large black creature ran at his car and gashed the side, leaving claw marks. Biscardi visited the area, and believes there are enough small animals to sustain Bigfoot. "I have a feeling," he says.
Across the pond, a different team of paranormal investigators are gearing up for a Bigfoot expedition in Canock Chase, a rural countryside in Staffordshire county, England. Since 1995, reports have been made there of a large hairy creature with glowing red eyes. In 2004, it was spotted at Castle Ring, an ancient hill fort.
