The occult esoteric artwork of Swedish artist Hilma Af Klimt are currently on display at the Camden Arts Center in the UK. Af Klimt was A practicing medium at the age of 17, and spent much of her life studying spiritualism and the occult. Her goal was to execute "paintings on the astral plain." When she died in 1944, she left more than a thousand occult paintings, sketchbooks, and notebooks. She stipulated that her work not be shown for at least 20 years after her death.Strangewire.com
