ONTARIO TOWN COVERED IN STRANGE SUBSTANCE

For nearly two weeks, residents of Hamilton, a town in southern Ontario, have been complaining about a thick black soot-like substance that has repeatedly covered yards, houses, pools, and streets. The Ontario Ministry of the Environment is checking into the nearby Columbian Chemicals Canada plant, though they have reported no strange emissions or leaks. The black carbon appears every couple of days, according to residents. No cause has yet been found. Dammit, my first post and no cute little picture to go next to it. Laaame...
